Mike Cadillac and the Rockin' 88's
In late 2007 Mike formed a rock-a-billy band called "Mike Cadillac And The Rockin' 88's". This new band, who have already appeared on the East Coast Music Awards (ECMA) "Discovery Stage", was nominated for the CBC "Galaxie Rising Star" Award in 2008. They also appeared in Collingwood, Ontario for the world's largest Elvis Tribute Artist Festival on "The Sirius Satellite Canadian Pride Showcase" Stage. They will be appearing as the opening act for "The Freightliners" at the 2008 Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This band performs "original" rock-a-billy tunes as well many of the great songs from the SUN record label.
